У 2022 році, три співробітника СММ ОБСЄ, громадянина України – Дмитро Шабанов, Максим Петров, Вадим Голда – були затримані, а потім засуджені за “державну зраду” та “шпіонаж”. ULAG представляє інтереси родин Дмитра та Максима.
Їхнє затримання супроводжується катуванням та нелюдським поводженням та неналежними умовами тримання. У 2025 році Дмитро та Максим були депортовані з колонії в Луганській області до віддалених регіонів РФ – Омська та Челябінська.
Національне провадження – досудове розслідування за ст.438 КК України.
Комітет ООН з прав людини – скарга подана на весні 2025 р. 17.06.2025 р справу було зареєстровано в Комітеті та доведено до відома Держави-учасниці (РФ), що останній надано строк до 17 грудня 2025 року для подання зауважень щодо прийнятності та суті справи. Станом на сьогоднішній день ми очікуємо повідомлення від Комітету щодо наданиx або не наданиx зауважень від РФ.

ECtHR Case Law on the Consequences of the Armed Conflict in Ukraine: The Detention of Ukrainian Troops at the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant
At the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion, one of the primary objectives of the Russian armed forces was to seize control of the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant (ChNPP). In February 2022, Russian troops occupied the facility and detained everyone there, including both civilian personnel responsible for maintaining the operation of the plant and members of the National Guard of Ukraine (NGU), who were responsible for the facility’s security.
