The project focused on the integration of international standards into the work of Ukrainian NGOs, lawyers and advocates dealing with conflict-related sexual violence
Key Results
- 4 Ukrainian lawyers representing survivors of CRSV received mentoring support from international lawyers who have worked on cases of victim protection in countries affected by armed conflict and international tribunals;
- A community of experts on conflict-related sexual violence and a platform for communication was formed;
- A pocket guide for representatives of survivors of CRSV and a knowledge platform on CRSV created
- Online and offline trainings and trainings for trainers in Kyiv on the following topics: ‘Responding to Conflict-Related Sexual Violence and Other International Crimes in Ukraine’ and “Building a Strategy in Criminal Proceedings on CRSV” in Kyiv;
- Monthly meetings of the community of representatives of victims of CRSV were held with the involvement of international experts to discuss current issues and coordinate.
